Artificial Intelligence Visualization of my Sansevieria series in the window, 9 pieces of 40x40cm in acrylic on linen. 9 pieces all with different colors and shades. Each painting is a unique piece. The paintings have a texture base that makes them very attractive to the eye.
The image was created with a base image that I found on the internet with a very beautiful white wall, to which I added my series of paintings and then edited the rest of the environment with artificial intelligence (photoshop), changing the architecture, as well as adding plants and other elements.
About my series of Sansevieria plants in the window
The series was created during 2023 and 2024. The inspiration is how indoor plants and the color green help us reflect on the garden that we all carry inside and that we need to water, observe, and learn to care for. The garden speaks to us and has a great underlying cultural theme, which is the lost paradise—a metaphor for our evolution and the transition from living in nature for millions of years to living in artificial habitats created by us, somewhat separated from the natural environment.
The lost paradise is also a foundational myth of the Catholic and Christian religion, when Adam and Eve are cast out of Eden due to their animalistic behaviors. Our culture has since been forged as if we lived in opposition to nature and not as part of it, even denying (out of ignorance) the evolution of species and accepting that we are like the rest of the mammals, beings that have evolved over history.
When we have plants, our life can improve. By having them present inside our homes or gardens, we bring that ‘nature’ inside and give it space to be closer to what we once lost.
Caring for plants can help us connect with our inner world, make our environment more friendly, and improve our vital context of life. Plants can make our home transform into a more pleasant place to live and where we feel at the same time in connection with nature.
Taking care of other living beings can also increase the feeling of satisfaction, of being connected, and of making our home more attractive to spend time in. Plants can also help purify the air, as do the sansevierias, chosen by NASA as one of the best plants to purify the air in enclosed spaces.
On the other hand, plants have served as a conversation topic with my mother, who lives on the other side of the ocean, and to whom I brought and got new plants on the last two trips I made to Costa Rica, helping her make her garden and interior space more beautiful and varied. Talking about the evolution and growth of plants is a way of being connected with a topic that unites us.
Why create a visualization of an exhibition with Artificial Intelligence?
Because I wanted to visualize how my painting series would look in a possible exhibition space. I also have a great desire to exhibit and create a collective exhibition where other artists who work on this theme can exhibit, filling the space with plants, having workshops and talks on the subject. Perhaps by joining efforts between some institutions and private enterprise, we could make this exhibition a reality.
Moreover, visualizing things we want helps us somehow to be able to realize them. Visualization is a part of the projection, and architects or engineers know this very well. First, the plans are made, and then they are brought to reality. The step between one thing and another can take time, but having the plans and an idea of what we want helps us walk in the most appropriate direction.

Jedes Gemälde ist ein einzigartiges Stück. Die Gemälde haben eine Texturbasis, die sie für das Auge sehr attraktiv macht.
Das Bild wurde mit einem Basisbild erstellt, das ich im Internet gefunden habe, mit einer sehr schönen weißen Wand, zu der ich meine Serie von Gemälden hinzugefügt und dann den Rest der Umgebung mit künstlicher Intelligenz (Photoshop) bearbeitet habe, indem ich die Architektur veränderte sowie Pflanzen und andere Elemente hinzufügte.
Über meine Serie von Sansevieria-Pflanzen am Fenster
Die Serie wurde während der Jahre 2023 und 2024 erstellt. Die Inspiration ist, wie Zimmerpflanzen und die Farbe Grün uns helfen, über den Garten nachzudenken, den wir alle in uns tragen und den wir gießen, beobachten und pflegen lernen müssen.
Der Garten spricht zu uns und hat ein großes kulturelles Unterthema, das das verlorene Paradies ist – eine Metapher für unsere Evolution und den Übergang vom Leben in der Natur über Millionen von Jahren zum Leben in von uns geschaffenen künstlichen Lebensräumen, etwas getrennt von der natürlichen Umgebung.
Das verlorene Paradies ist auch ein Gründungsmythos der katholischen und christlichen Religion, als Adam und Eva aus dem Eden vertrieben wurden wegen ihres tierischen Verhaltens. Unsere Kultur wurde seitdem so geformt, als ob wir im Gegensatz zur Natur lebten und nicht Teil davon wären, und leugnet sogar (aus Unwissenheit) die Evolution der Arten und akzeptiert, dass wir wie der Rest der Säugetiere sind, Wesen, die sich im Laufe der Geschichte entwickelt haben.
Wenn wir Pflanzen haben, kann sich unser Leben verbessern. Indem wir sie in unseren Häusern oder Gärten präsent haben, bringen wir diese ‚Natur‘ ins Innere und geben ihr Raum, näher an das zu sein, was wir einst verloren haben.
Die Pflege von Pflanzen kann uns helfen, uns mit unserer inneren Welt zu verbinden, unsere Umgebung freundlicher zu machen und unseren Lebenskontext zu verbessern. Pflanzen können unser Zuhause in einen angenehmeren Ort zum Leben verwandeln und uns gleichzeitig mit der Natur verbunden fühlen lassen.
Die Pflege anderer lebender Wesen kann auch das Gefühl der Zufriedenheit, der Verbundenheit und der Attraktivität unseres Zuhauses erhöhen, um Zeit darin zu verbringen. Pflanzen können auch dazu beitragen, die Luft zu reinigen, wie es die Sansevierien tun, die von der NASA als eine der besten Pflanzen zur Luftreinigung in geschlossenen Räumen ausgewählt wurden.
Andererseits haben mir Pflanzen als Gesprächsthema mit meiner Mutter gedient, die auf der anderen Seite des Ozeans lebt, und der ich bei den letzten beiden Reisen, die ich nach Costa Rica unternommen habe, neue Pflanzen mitgebracht und besorgt habe, um ihr zu helfen, ihren Garten und Innenraum schöner und abwechslungsreicher zu gestalten. Über die Entwicklung und das Wachstum von Pflanzen zu sprechen, ist eine Möglichkeit, mit einem Thema verbunden zu sein, das uns vereint.
Warum eine Visualisierung einer Ausstellung mit Künstlicher Intelligenz erstellen?
Weil ich visualisieren wollte, wie meine Gemäldeserie in einem möglichen Ausstellungsraum aussehen würde. Ich habe auch große Lust, auszustellen und eine kollektive Ausstellung zu schaffen, in der andere Künstler, die an diesem Thema arbeiten, ausstellen können, den Raum mit Pflanzen füllen, Workshops und Vorträge zu dem Thema haben. Vielleicht könnten wir durch die Bündelung von Anstrengungen zwischen einigen Institutionen und der Privatwirtschaft diese Ausstellung Wirklichkeit werden lassen.
Außerdem hilft uns das Visualisieren von Dingen, die wir wollen, auf irgendeine Weise, sie zu verwirklichen. Visualisierung ist ein Teil der Projektion, und das wissen Architekten oder Ingenieure sehr gut. Zuerst werden die Pläne gemacht, und dann werden sie verwirklicht. Der Schritt von einer Sache zur anderen kann Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, aber Pläne zu haben und eine Vorstellung davon, was wir wollen, hilft uns, in die richtige Richtung zu gehen.
